Everybody should have a will. Most people know that but an amazing number never get round to making one. This can lead to an unhappy family situation, as well as difficult and expensive disputes. Beach Law has the knowledge and experience to guide you through the process of making a Will. 


We advise landlord and tenants and buyers and sellers of commercial properties. We provide practical advice that is cost effective and commercially viable, and negotiate the terms of your transaction with the other side's solicitors so the terms reflect your position.


We can assist in various types of litigation such as debt recovery, breach of contract, commercial disputes, probate and administration of estates disputes, and landlord and tenant disputes, whether in the High Court, County Court or Tribunal.

The Court of Protection can personally make decisions on an individual's behalf, or appoint a Deputy or Deputies to act instead. Our lawyers are experienced in dealing with the Court of Protection and can assist with obtaining any necessary Orders on your behalf. 


We advise married couples and civil partners who have relationship or family issues that need to be resolved. We have experience in advising on all aspects offamily law including matters involving corporate interests, pensions, overseas assets and trusts.


There may be opportunities to mitigate UK taxation through careful planning.  Capital gains tax, for example, is subject to a number of reliefs.  Prudent structuring, prior to the disposal of assets, whether by gift or sale, may bring the level of tax down to an acceptable level.We look at the whole picture and provide solutions and structures that are individually tailored.
